Picop obtains stay order from Philippine court



SINGAPORE ,  (RISI) - A Philippine court has granted a stay order in favor of Picop Resources. The ruling means the firm is exempt from paying its outstanding liabilities and all pending claims against the distressed company are suspended. The order prevents it from disposing of any assets.
